苗栗：102歲人瑞吳阿嬤日前在家中不慎跌倒，造成左髖部劇痛無法站立，由家屬緊急載送到衛福部苗栗醫院就醫；經檢查確診為大腿骨折，進行骨科手術，復原狀況良好，23日開心出院；苗醫院長許振榮表達祝賀，致贈助行器，祝福阿嬤健康呷百二。

家樂福年菜免費品嘗會 全台起跑

PILLER污水設備 名聞全球

華銳市值 蒸發700億人民幣

    　在全球經濟不景氣、需求減少的情況下，

    　中投顧問研究員任浩寧表示，2013年產能過剩的情況並未獲得改善，預估今年上半年的產能閒置率就已經突破60％的關卡。他認為，目前大陸風電基地與風電場所要面對的問題非常多，不是短期內就可以解決，因次對於今年下半年的風電產業情勢依然看淡。
    　市場人士指出，在2012年整體風電產業不景氣的情況下，削價競爭的情況持續惡化，不但部分製造商大量裁員，更有業者乾脆退出。
    　在整體風電製造產業表現不佳的情況下，大陸風電產業龍頭華銳風電更是首當其衝。公司的營收從2010年的203億元萎縮到2012年的40億元，同期淨利更從28.56億元變成淨虧損5.83億元，不但使得公司董事長辭職，公司還爆發出業績造假的醜聞，加上景氣持續疲弱，更讓市場普遍不看好公司未來的獲利表現。
    　華銳風電在2011年1月上市首日就以跌破發行價收盤，創下2009年A股重啟IPO以來新股上市首日跌幅第2高的紀錄。而公司股價更下滑到28日收盤的3.81元，市值蒸發約700億元。
    　根據財報，華銳風電在今年第1季的虧損額為2.49億元，加上市場的風電裝機量始終無法上升，讓華銳的業績難有突破，今年恐不易轉虧為盈。，
